The rocker arm works flexibly and is driven by a variable frequency motor, running smoothly. ① Bottle catcher Tailored bottle grasping mechanisms are designed and produced based on the different appearance characteristics of the products. Each specification of product uses a corresponding bottle grasping mechanism for bottle grasping work. The bottle gripper group is designed with a mechanical gripper head, and a high-strength plastic shell is used at the contact point of the bottle mouth, ensuring no damage to the bottle when gripping the bottle mouth. ② Bottle grabbing lifting mechanism The bottle grabbing group is driven by a symmetrical bidirectional rocker arm, which operates within a designed arc-shaped track to perform bottle grabbing and packing machine actions separately. The design mechanism is compact, the actions are precise, and the operation is stable. ③ Transport synthesis The bottles are transported to the bottle collection and grabbing area on the packing machine through the bottle supply conveyor belt. The bottle sorting plate divides the transported bottles into columns and transports them to the bottle grabbing position through the conveyor belt. ④ Gearbox components When packing, the box remains stationary, and when it is loaded and unloaded, the box is supplied simultaneously to maximize work efficiency. ⑤ Servo motor 1. Adopting a variable frequency motor, achieving stepless speed regulation through variable frequency control. ⑥ Bottle/box conveyor belt The conveyor belt is driven by asynchronous motors and controlled by frequency converters and contactors according to different conveying needs, achieving automatic bottle supply, bottle discharge, automatic box supply, and box output. ⑦ Bottle grabbing group Composed of multiple sets of bottle catchers, each set can simultaneously grab a specified number of bottles, and the two sets of bottle catchers are driven by cylinders to separate them. ⑧ Safety device The equipment is equipped with safety doors and various safety protection detection devices to effectively ensure the safety of operators. ⑨ PLC problem prompt function Adopting an open touch screen operation is safer and simpler. Built in various fault codes and solutions, when a fault occurs, the location of the fault, the cause of the fault, and the solution will be displayed on the human-machine interface, improving the work efficiency of maintenance personnel.
