I. Project Requirements

To cope with the continuously rising order volume in the beverage market, the beverage manufacturer plans to build an automatic bottled beverage production line to achieve the following business goals:

After evaluating the qualifications, delivered cases and equipment durability of domestic and overseas equipment suppliers, the client finally selected Suzhou Yangbang Machinery as the partner for this full-automatic production line, purchasing an integrated complete beverage production solution covering bottle sorting, filling, labeling and inkjet printer processes.

II. Suzhou Yangbang Machinery Solution

· Based on the client’s bottle specifications, beverage types and target output, Suzhou Yangbang Machinery delivers an integrated automatic bottle sorting-filling-labeling beverage production line with a standard capacity of 1,800–3,000 BPH. The core functions of the three key machines are as follows:

· Automatic Bottle Unscrambler Automatically sorts, aligns and conveys disordered empty bottles, rejects tilted, damaged defective bottles, and supplies neatly arranged bottles for the subsequent filling process.

· Multi-head Quantitative Liquid Beverage Filling Machine Realizes high-precision liquid filling for fruit juice, drinking water and functional beverages, with filling liquid level error controlled within ±1mm. Equipped with synchronous cap feeding and capping structure to complete bottle sealing.

· OPP Hot Melt Glue Labeling Machine Attaches outer labels to bottle bodies, compatible with full-wrap labels and half-wrap labels. Ensures bubble-free, wrinkle-free labeling and fits curved surfaces of various bottle shapes.

· Laser Coding Machine Zero-consumable, pollution-free with durable printed codes, supports anti-counterfeiting and cross-regional goods tracking, and runs at high speed matching the full beverage production line.

· The complete production line adopts servo electric control and integrated linkage control to automatically synchronize the operating speed of all machines. It eliminates manual bottle transfer procedures, greatly improves overall line efficiency, and lowers risks of beverage contamination and unnecessary material waste.

IV. Process Flow

· Automatic Bottle Unscrambler → High-precision Beverage Filling Machine (with Synchronous Capping) → Bottle Conveying → Hot Melt Glue Labeling Machine → Laser Coding Machine (for production date & batch number printing) → Film Shrink Wrapper (Optional) → Carton Packer (Optional) → Palletizing System (Optional)

· This is a full turnkey solution covering bottle sorting, filling & sealing, labeling & packaging, and downstream finished product conveying systems, which can be directly installed and put into mass production in the customer’s factory.

V. Project Implementation

· The engineering team of Suzhou Yangbang Machinery follows up the whole project cycle: from non-standard equipment design, factory sheet metal processing and complete machine assembly to on-site installation, pipeline connection and overall commissioning.
