This project cooperates with a newly built modern coffee processing factory in Chiang Mai, Thailand. As a brand-new production base without any old processing equipment, the factory focuses on the processing and packaging of high-quality roasted coffee powder and instant coffee powder. Its products are mainly supplied to local supermarkets and exported to Southeast Asian countries. In the early stage of factory construction, the customer adopted Thailand food compliance standards to build a standardized and automatic packaging production line, focusing on product freshness, weighing accuracy and flexible mass production to support brand market expansion.

Project Profile

In early 2026, the customer launched equipment procurement and production line layout for the new factory. Different from traditional old factory renovation, the core demand is to equip brand-new automatic packaging equipment to eliminate manual packaging, realize one-stop automatic packaging of coffee powder, establish a standardized production system, and support mass delivery, product iteration and brand export in the future.

Customized Equipment Solution

According to the clean production environment and diversified product planning of the new factory, we configured a dedicated full-automatic coffee powder packaging machine. The equipment integrates automatic film forming, quantitative weighing, powder filling, heat sealing and date coding. It adopts original roll film for automatic bag forming without pre-made bags, realizing unmanned continuous packaging operation.

To meet the customer’s brand upgrading demand, the machine supports free switching between conventional composite bags and new degradable eco-friendly bags. Equipped with a Thai operating system and simplified parameter settings, it allows local workers to operate skillfully without complicated training. Featuring low noise and low failure rate, the equipment fully adapts to the 24-hour continuous production mode of Southeast Asian food factories.

Customer Factory Inspection & Machine Acceptance

Since the customer’s plant was newly built without mature production experience, the team visited our factory for on-site inspection and testing to ensure the equipment fully matched their mass production standards and customized roll film specifications. We completed pre-test debugging and parameter adaptation according to the customer’s original roll film and coffee powder materials, simulating the actual full-process production conditions.

The machine operated stably throughout the test with regular automatic film forming, uniform bag size, accurate powder filling and clear coding without jamming or powder leakage. The customer inspected core indicators including roll film adaptability, bag-making speed and weighing accuracy. All performance met Thai food production standards and mass production requirements. We provided complete on-site training for operation, parameter adjustment and daily maintenance. The customer confirmed full compliance and signed the official test acceptance report.
