Beverage Packing Machine Project in Ljubljana, Slovenia
Jul 17, 2026

Customer Background

The cooperating customer is a well-known juice and beverage manufacturer based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Specializing in bottled and canned fresh fruit juice drinks, the company’s products are sold in many EU countries with full compliance with EU food production and packaging standards. With a rich product lineup and large-volume, multi-batch orders, the traditional manual packing mode could no longer match the capacity of the upstream filling line, becoming a long-term bottleneck restricting overall production efficiency.

Cooperation Motivation

The factory previously relied entirely on manual packing, which caused irregular arrangement, inconsistent packing tightness, frequent misloading, missing packing and box collapse, resulting in unqualified delivery inspections and customer returns. Unstable manual packing speed failed to keep up with the high-speed filling rhythm and caused severe order backlogs during peak seasons, while labor costs continued to rise year by year. In February 2026, after comparing multiple suppliers, the customer selected our fully automatic beverage packing machine for full packaging line automation upgrading.

Equipment Overview

This fully automatic adaptive packing machine is specially designed for beverage production, integrating automatic bottle sorting, precise positioning packing, flexible arrangement, automatic folding and sealing. It supports mixed production of bottled and canned juice products. With CE certification, the whole machine fully meets EU food workshop safety and production specifications.

Customer On-Site Inspection & Acceptance

To ensure the equipment fully matched local mass production conditions and EU food packaging standards, the customer sent professional technicians to China for offline on-site machine inspection and acceptance. According to the customer’s original bottles, cans and carton specifications, we completed parameter debugging in advance and simulated full-speed mass production. The full performance test included no-load operation, full-load continuous packing, multi-specification switching and automatic box sealing. The equipment operated stably with neat product arrangement, no bottle falling, missing packing or wrong packing, and all finished cartons were standard and firm. All indicators met the requirements. The customer highly recognized the equipment stability and packing quality and signed the acceptance certificate on site.

Project Achievements

After official operation, the equipment completely replaced manual packing and achieved 100% automation of the beverage packing process, increasing overall packaging efficiency by more than 45%. Standardized mechanical operation eliminates irregular packing, wrong packing, missing packing and product damage caused by manual work, greatly improving the finished product yield. It significantly reduces labor investment and after-sales loss costs, stabilizes the overall production rhythm, and completely solves the problem of order backlog in peak seasons.
