This integrated fully automatic packaging line is custom-designed for mascara products, integrating three core processes: filling, cartoning, and 3D transparent film wrapping. It realizes fully automatic production from empty bottle feeding to finished product output, effectively improving production efficiency, reducing labor costs, and meeting the hygiene standards, precision requirements and high-end packaging demands of the beauty industry.

2. Core Equipment Configuration

2.1 Full-Automatic Mascara Filling & Capping Machine

This equipment is specially developed for viscous paste cosmetics like mascara, completing all processes including empty bottle conveying, precision filling, brush rod feeding and screw capping.

· Piston-type filling system with ±0.5% filling tolerance, ensuring consistent filling volume for each product

· Equipped with heating and stirring function to maintain mascara fluidity and avoid solidification during production

· Made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, GMP-compliant sanitary design, easy to clean and maintain

· Built-in automatic bottle feeding, no-bottle no-filling protection and anti-drip filling nozzle

· Compatible with various bottle sizes and brush specifications, supporting quick adjustment for product changeover

2.2 Automatic Horizontal Cartoning Machine

It completes the automatic cartoning process of finished mascara, including carton unfolding, product loading and carton sealing, with optional date/batch coding device.

· Horizontal structure with stable high-speed operation, suitable for mass production

· Realizes automatic carton forming, product insertion and tuck-in sealing (hot melt glue sealing is optional)

· Equipped with fault alarm and automatic counting function, convenient for production management

· Wide adaptability to different carton dimensions, supporting tool-free adjustment for format change

· Can be seamlessly connected with upstream and downstream equipment to form a complete production line

2.3 3D Transparent Film Wrapping Machine (Cellophane Overwrapper)

It performs 3D BOPP film packaging on boxed mascara products with easy-tear notch design, which plays the role of moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-counterfeiting, and improves the product appearance grade.

· Adopts BOPP film packaging, with neat and tight wrapping effect and smooth beautiful surface

· Integrates automatic film feeding, folding, heat sealing and cutting, realizing one-time forming

· Equipped with easy-tear notch device, convenient for consumers to open

· Moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-counterfeiting, extending product shelf life

· Suitable for various box-shaped products, with stable performance and low packaging cost

3. Production Workflow

5. Application Scope
