This cooperation customer is a professional beverage manufacturer based in Moscow, Russia. The factory mainly produces NFC cold-pressed juice, compound fruit and vegetable drinks, and low-sugar fruit beverages packed in glass jars. 1. Automatic Bottle Unscrambler: Customized sorting program for the customer’s various glass beverage bottles realizes automatic and orderly bottle feeding. It avoids messy bottle arrangement, bottle falling and jamming caused by manual operation, ensuring stable and uniform bottle feeding for the subsequent filling process.

2. Specialized Beverage Filling Machine: Optimized for low-viscosity materials such as fruit juice and fruit drinks, it adopts high-precision quantitative filling technology with tiny liquid level error. It effectively eliminates overflow and insufficient filling, reduces raw material waste, and realizes fully sealed and hygienic filling in line with local food safety standards.

3. High-precision Labeling Machine: Specially adapted to the customer’s round glass bottles, it realizes automatic precise positioning and labeling without wrinkles, deviation or bubbles. The uniform and neat finished appearance fully meets the shelf standards of local high-end supermarkets and greatly improves product grade.

4. Inkjet Coding Machine: Equipped with food-grade environmentally friendly ink customized for glass surfaces, it delivers clear and highly adhesive coding. The printed production date, batch number and traceability code are resistant to low temperature and water vapor, never falling off or blurring, realizing standardized product traceability and avoiding after-sales complaints.

5. Finished Product Accumulating Machine (End-of-line Configuration): Deployed at the end of the entire production line for finished product buffering and sorting. All labeled and coded glass bottles are orderly stored in the buffer area, balancing the tempo between continuous production and manual packaging. It effectively prevents product accumulation and idle line operation, supports long-term stable mass production, and greatly improves overall delivery efficiency.
