Application:

This machine mainly suitable for filling and capping semi-liquid products without or with small particles: such as peanut butter, honey, jam, sweet chili sauce, beef paste, bean sauce, mushroom sauce, tomato sauce, sauce, shrimp paste, shampoo, etc.


Performance feature:
1. Nice machine appearance, reasonable structure, this is the most advanced new design thick sauce filling machine at present, machine can be customized with 4/6/8/12/14/etc filling heads according to customer's production capacity.
2. Adopts positive displacement plunger pump for filling, high precision, large range of adjusting dosage, can regulate filling amount of all the pump body as a whole, also can adjust a single pump slightly, quick and convenient.
3. PLC control system, color touch screen display, filling volume can be adjusted directly o touch screen, easy to operate.
4. The machine comes with heating and screwing system, so that make the product more uniform, better mobility,easy to fill.
5. Has function of no bottle no filling,frequency control, automatic counting
6. Machine body is made of 304 stainless steel, full compliance with GMP standard.
