This machine is suitable for automatic packaging of various pre-made pouches, such as flat pouches, stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, and special-shaped pouches.
This machine is mainly used for packaging granular, flaky and strip-shaped products, such as sugar, salt, coffee beans, rice, peanuts, sunflower seeds, grains, nuts, chocolate beans, candies, banana chips, potato chips, French fries, frozen dumplings, macaroni, cereal, desiccant, etc.
Performance feature:
1. Working process: material lifting → bag suction + bag opening → mult → head weigher metering filling → sealing → counting → finished product output.
2. PLC control, touch screen display, photoelectric tracking, equipped with fault display system, easy for operation and maintenance.
3. Empty bag tracking and detection device: ensuring no sealing when the bag is not opened or no material is filled, saving packaging materials.
4. Full servo control system for operation, fast and accurate operation.
5. The machine complies with GMP standards.
6. The whole machine casing and material contact parts are made of stainless steel or food grade material.
7. Optional: 14/16/18 heads weigher metering, gas filling, air exhausting, vibrating, zipper opening. ribbon coder, finished product conveyor belt, etc.
