This machine is mainly used for packing large particles/flaky/irregular shape products: such as biscuits, potato chips, dumplings, quick-frozen balls, beansprouts, popcorn, mushrooms, meat, hardware accessories and so on.
Performance Features:
1. Working process: manually place products into chain buckets → conveying → bag forming → filling → film pulling by vertical sealing wheel → sealing and cutting → counting → finished product output.
2. PLC control, touch screen display, photoelectric tracking, equipped with fault display system for easy operation and maintenance.
3. Different bag lengths can be adjusted on the touch screen, and different bag widths can be achieved by replacing the bag former.
4. The whole machine casing and material contact parts are made of stainless steel or food grade material.
5. Optional: gas filling, air exhausting, round hole, butterfly hole, gusset bag, Z-type elevator, multihead weigher, frame, ribbon coder, finished product conveyor belt, etc.
