Usage

This machine is suitable for capping various glass bottles and plastic bottles automatically, and is widely used in food, cosmetics, daily necessities.

Features

1. Workflow: entering the bottle-adding cap (optional)→capping→output. 2.PLC control, color touch screen display, machine has function of counting automatically.

3.Optional cap elevator or cap vibrating feeder can be equipped to achieve fully automatic adding caps.
4. The bottle clamping belt can be adjusted individually to fit different heights and shapes bottles.
5. Adjusting screw has digital position display function, reduces the difficulty of operation and avoids loose rubbing caused by inadequate
adjustment.
6. The torque of the capping wheel is adjustable, avoiding damaging caps due to excessive capping force.
7. Main electrical components adopt foreign well-known brands.
8.Machine frame is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, meets GMP
standard.
