1.This machine uses plunger type metering pump filing (when the filing volume difference is large, the corresponding pump body needs to be replaced), high precision; The structure of pump adopts fast disassembled mechanism, easy to clean and disinfect.
2. PLC control system, color touch screen display, machine has function of counting automatically.
3. The filing nozzle was equipped with drip-proof device.
4. Dual tracks entering bottles, when filling liquid, the filing nozzles dive into the bottom of bottles, rising slowly, can effectively prevent the generation of bubbles.
5. Machine shell is made of 304 stainless steel, meets GMP standard.
